Access to these sites is provided to you, the User, subject to the following terms and conditions which would be updated by us from time to time.
REGISTRATION
You can browse Care for India Portal without registration. However, you may choose to register on the Portal to take advantage of additional services, such as access to email alerts, newsletters or contributing content to the Care for India Portal.
Your registration with us will be taken as your agreement with our terms and conditions. Make sure that the information provided by you is accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge. The Care for India reserves the right to suspend or terminate any accounts and any current use of service, in the event that you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
USER CONDUCT
The Portal may contain bulletin boards, discussion groups, or other message, third party content or communication facilities (collectively, "Forums"). The User agrees to use the Forums only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Forum.
- Defame abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- Publish post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.
- Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer
- Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
CONTENT
We do not claim ownership of content you submit or make available (“Contributed Content”) for inclusion in the Care for India Portal, its services and Forums. However, with respect to original Contributed Content for inclusion in the Portal, its services and Forums, you grant Care for India a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish any material you submit to us in any format, including without limitation print and electronic format.
We reserve the right to make additions or deletions to the text or graphics prior to publication, or to refuse publication
CONTRIBUTIONS
By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with us you agree to grant to the CFI, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it likes(including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons).
Selected photographs and graphical material will be published at the discretion of the editor and you will not be paid, even if your photograph(s) is (are) published.
We may cut, edit, crop or arrange your photograph(s) or graphic as we think fit to appear on the Care for India web site, and we may remove your photograph(s) or graphics at any time
IMPORTANT: You or the owner of the photograph(s) still own the copyright on the photograph(s) sent to us. However you need to inform Care for India before you republish the photograph(s) and on whatever medium.
APPROVAL
In order that the Care for India can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any laws, that you have the right to give us the permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.
IDENTITY
We normally show your name with your contribution, unless you request otherwise, but for operational reasons this is not always possible. CFI may need to contact you for administrative or verification purposes in relation to your contribution, or in relation to particular projects.
If you do not want to grant CFI the permission on the terms set out above, please do not submit or share your contribution to or with www.careforindia.com
